The overall responsibility for compliance with the arrangements set out in this manual lies with the Management Committee. In addition, the Management Committee has the ultimate responsibility for ensuring
that the manual remains relevant and effective in assuring quality of service, and in meeting the business objectives of Emenam Chambers.
The Chambers Manager is the Quality Representative of Chambers and is responsible to the Management Committee for ensuring that the arrangements are understood implemented and maintained. This includes the compilation, revision and maintenance of the
Manual.
Members of Chambers, together with support staff, share the responsibility for meeting our objective of continually improving the quality of service we offer.

The standard by which our services are provided complies with the Code of Conduct of the Bar of England and Wales, the Consolidated Regulations and the PMG.
As an endorsement of this, it is our policy to obtain and maintain accreditation to the Bar mark Quality Standard.
